FRP Pultruded Profiles: Applications in Construction & Industry
Where pultruded FRP profiles fit in construction and industry — from walkways and handrails to structural supports.

FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) pultruded profiles are made from resin and glass fiber — including glass fiber, carbon fiber and organic fiber reinforcements with epoxy, polyester and phenolic resin systems. The result is a family of structural sections with high strength, low weight and outstanding corrosion resistance.
What We Produce
- Round tubes — 4.0 × 2.0 mm up to 22.0 × 16.0 mm
- Square & rectangular tubes — 25 × 25 × 2.5 mm up to 38 × 38 × 3.0 mm and larger custom sizes
- Solid rods — 1.0 mm up to 25.4 mm diameter
- H / I beams, C channels, L angles, T beams — standard and custom sections

Key Advantages
- Lightweight and High Strength — higher glass fiber content delivers greater longitudinal strength at only 1/7–1/10 the weight of steel.
- High Temperature Resistance — low thermal conductivity makes it ideal for thermal protection and ablation resistance under instantaneous ultra-high temperatures.
- Corrosion Resistant — long-term performance in acid, alkali, salt, sulfur, oils, solvents and humidity.
- Strong Insulation — excellent dielectric properties maintained even at high frequencies.
- Durable — thermosetting resin-glass fiber system with a normal service life of 20 years.
- Customized Design — materials and molding processes flexibly selected per product performance, shape and quantity requirements.

Applications
FRP pultruded profiles are widely used in security fences, auto parts, chemical plants, structural support, handrails, cable support and building services — anywhere corrosion, weight or insulation matters.
